some guy showed up out of nowhere one night like two weeks ago trying to save me and my sister from getting mugged
dressed head to toe in tight red clothes
then ran off as quickly as he showed up

OK no idea why Togusa would think that is me, I definitely wouldn't put together a full red outfit.

Because there's a lot of crime out there and it kinda sucks sitting at home knowing any number of weird things could just attack the city

[ God. Okay. This is a legitimately tough choice. On the one hand....this is the exact thing that everyone's been telling him he needs to do. Find an outlet. And even Togusa said, he's already got the 'how,' now he needs the 'when.' Maybe this would be the right way to live up to the capabilities he had in his memories without hurting any innocent people.

But, if he were to get caught...he doesn't know if he'd be able to get out of juvie so easy this time. Or he might even be tried as an adult.
