[ yeah that execution was absolutely terrible, and sebastian's still kind of lost in his thoughts about it until bucky's voice pulls him out of it. ]

Oh, um... I guess maybe a C*ke would be good?

[ just stares at him for a second. you're really gonna get the drink that sponsored that whole traumatizing shitshow?

...aight. Bucky goes over and punches in the code for a Starlight C*ke and hands it over to Sebastian. ]

week 1, saturday post-trial

[ after the trial, sebastian is... probably just airing out in the courtyard or something, because taking a shower means dealing with the giant bathroom and he's just not ready for that right now.

[ just... completely disregarding the response and assuming that first part was understood... pomeranian tail wagging ]

[ bucky has pristine white cat ears that are doing the cat ear equivalent of warily squinting at something ]

[ well. here bucky is, in the laundry room. Mostly he's just trying to be alone, so he's not really doing anything but sitting there. He looks better, at least, with an arm that looks less mangled. He's still in the bloody and torn clothes he came out with, though. ]

[ and here's sebastian carrying some laundry in his arms, with his gloves off and on top of the pile. ]

Oh! Um. I didn't know you were in here. Hi. ...Your arm looks... better...?

[ He startles when someone else enters the laundry room and tries not to look like he's curling up into the corner even though he definitely is. ]

That's good... I'm really glad the staff can do stuff like that.

week 2, saturday

[ welp... going to go find that jail and tap on the bars ]

This shouldn't happen to you!! I-it's my job to get the right criminal convicted! If I'd done a better job of investigating, maybe... o-or if I'd tried to point harder to someone else...

Kid. There's nothing you could've done. Everyone made the best call they could with the info they had.

So... what all were you guys doing on the other side this whole time?

Ugh. Most of the time, a fat load of nothing. Ran errands around the place, unleashed a cannibal, killed the cannibal, and tried to distract any prying eyes away from you guys doing the real work.

I was starting to lose it last week over how little we could do to help.
